An office chair can mean a different type of chair to any person. For example, some people think of their computer chairs as their office chair. Others think of the lounge chair as one or even the sofa at the visitor's area. But to be more precise, this type of chair is the one you are exactly sitting on most of your working hours. It's the one right beside your desk.

Now choosing a good office chair is highly important because you will be sitting on it for the most parts of the whole week. And besides, you must feel very comfortable when you're on it because you will not be able to do your duties properly if you are not feeling well.

Consider the following reminders when you choose your own chair.

1. How soft do you want it to be?
We're talking here about the cushion. Pick a chair that can best support your weight.

2. Pick one with an arm rest.
The most comfortable chairs usually have an arm rest. It helps you relax your arms and hands from all those hours of typing and filing your paper work.

3. Do you want to have wheels under it?
For short distance transportation right within your cubicle, those small wheels underneath your chair will prove to be a blessing. It will save you from stretching your arms too far because you can rather move quickly with that set of wheels.

4. How good is the support?
Lastly, you should pick a chair that has a good support for your back. It will help ease back pains or prevent it at all.
